auto refinancing

I'm so excited!

last week I received an email from AAA about auto refinancing.

So I called and filled out the application just for the heck of it. I got approved with a 2.79% rate, currently paying over 5%. This will cut my 60 month loan down to 48 months with adding $4 a month to my payment!

Wahoo!!!

next step is to save like a dog to pay this off before the 48 months!

ok so no one has commented on my auto financing. I'm guessing 'cause FV is not a fan of car loans. I get that.

However, I closed on my new loan today. I cut 12 months off the length of the loan and I will be saving $2,500 over the course of the loan.

I'm very happy with this.
And while I was at the AAA office, I brought my insurance policies and they are going to work me a quote and hopefully I'll be able to save a few dollars there too.
