New car
Well I finally got me a new/used car! No more Camaro for this granny..lol.
I went last week to a local dealer and got a 2001 Ford Taurus, it's a four door with all the power options, cd, auto and ac. It's gold with a burgandy pinstripe. It's so much easier to get in and out of and now I will have room in the back for the grandkids!
It was supposed to be $5600 but because Jody's grandpa used to work for them they cut some off and gave me $1000 for my car which is great considering it was a salvage history car. So I wound up paying $4152.14, that's tax, title and all that stuff.
I love it!

I'm happy for you. So do your parents give you as hard a time about it being a FORD as they do your brother with his truck

Good for you Angie, good price.
Enjoy the ease & comfort. My Mercury Sable is quite simular to your new car & I love the comfort and attention to detail on a couple things. Do you have 2 visors on the drivers side? handy. How about a radio switch that is seperate from where the radio is? It's just so easy to flick find a station when the switch is up near the wheel.
