Miraculous Banana Cream Cake
This is a variation on my favorite dessert recipe of all times.
2 large eggs
1 cup of sour cream
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
For Banana Cream Cake, also add:
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 oz. instant banana cream pudding
3/4 cup banana extract or liquer
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions: All you have to do is load everything in the mixer, whiz it around for 3 minutes, and bake. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 55 minutes on 350 degrees. Test for doneness with a clean toothpick. Let the cake cool and then unmold the cake onto a platter.
Frost with "Bailey’s French Buttercream Frosting" or just dust with powdered sugar.
