Banana Bread Recipe?
Hi ladies. Anyone have a great banana bread recipe? I've got a ton of bananas ripened and frozen in the fridge that I'd love to put to good use.

Here the receipe I use. I usually add some nuts to it as I've got quite a few pecans in the freezer.
Banana Bread
2 cups all-pupose flour
1 teasproon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs -- beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas -- 5 bananas!
Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly grease 9 x 5 loaf pan.
In large bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
In separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

I make Kellie's recipe she shared and it's delicious. I add a tiny bit more sugar and a small bit of vanilla to it though. I don't use mini loaf pans either.
Streusal topped Bannana Bread
Makes 3 mini loaves or one single loaf
Prep:10 minutes Make : 350 for 30 minutes
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup mashed bananas (3 small overripe bananas, approx 1 lb)
2 eggs
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c (1/2 stick) butter, melted
Streusal
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup butter-softened
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Heat oven to 350, Grease 3 disposable mini loaf pans
Mix together flour, baking powder and soda, salt, nutmeg and cinn. in a medium bowl.
Beat bananas, eggs, sugar and butter in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Divide batter between pans.
Streusal: Mix flour sugar butter nutmeg and cinn. in bowl with a fork. It will be crumbly. Sprinkle over top of batter.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes-a wooden pick inserted into center should come out clean. If streusal is browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil
