2 cans of chick peas with the juiceServes:
2 large cans of crushed tomatoes with the juice

empty the cans into a shallow pan and bring to a boil. you want the sauce to reduce. add a lot of dried oregano and let it cook on a medium high heat for about twenty minutes. you want the bean juices and tomatoes to reduce and become thicker.
in another pan press some garlic cloves and olive oil, fry garlic in olive oil until it has the brown/ almost burned look. add it to the pot of beans.
mix well, let it cook for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
serve with parmensan cheese on top. it's saucy enough you could use it as a pasta topping.
