seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:I do not ever measure anything . I cook by need
and eyeball. Use homegrown or store bought
ingredients.
Take your homegrown ground beef add the
remaining ingredients in amounts that fit your taste.
Home made bread can be used instead of bread
crumbs.
The bacon adds extra fat if your meat is to lean . It
also adds a ton of flavor . I used home grown bacon
that had been smoked .
I like to cook mine in cast iron . I bake at 350 til
done .
