1 lb. ground beef
1 c hot water
2 c. milk
1-1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

Brown ground beef; drain.

Add hot water and milk.

Add pasta.

Add your sauce packet (corn starch, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar, paprika)

Bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer on low about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender and add a little extra water if necessary.

In last few minutes of cooking, stir in the cheese and cover.

When pasta is tender and cheese is melted, turn off heat and uncover. Let sit for 5 minutes. It will continue to thicken as it sits.
