my bedroom has gone though incarnations. it used to be coral dark pink, then emerald green, then navy blue. now it is verditer green like the "new room" at mount vernon, recently carefully researched and restored. http://www.mountvernon.org/the-estat.../the-new-room/

the bodybuilding was a good start and i lost 70 pounds doing it, but doc says it is time to do cardio.
and since the house is finished, decluttered and in good repair (27,000 dollars later...), i will turn my attention to gardening. i used to love gardening.
my neighbor was mowing my yard, but he says he cannot do it anymore, so i bought a push mower yesterday. honestly i am in pretty bad shape so i might have to build up to this.

here is accountability for my debt situation
I did this knowing what i was doing, with no regrets. it takes money to make money. i had an empty wing of the house that i was paying money to store tons of crap and ventilate with costly air conditioning. so i decided to remodel to make a nice furnished roommate suite that would generate passive income.
i hired some high school kids to come in a haul the crap to the curb where the neighborhood trash pickers could pick

if i take the time to write a review it is because i am blown away by the quality of a product. i highly recommend these pots. i want to drag everybody away from the anolon, present day calphalon, circulon garbage on sale now to consumers and drag them over to the Martha Stewart display at Macys.

i remember being a junior in laguna hills high school in 1980, horrified by the Jesus shoes that a young woman from dana point was wearing. i now know them to have been Birkenstock Zurich -- the Franciscan monk style. fast forward to when i was a young graduate newly transplanted to Texas in a chemistry lab position in the Texas medical center and i couldn't stop staring at the ugly shoes of a German graduate student (Bonn - which i still find hideous).
