Weight Gain Challenge

Working on gaining weight for myself, i aim to gain about 2 stone over the next few months or at least by the end of the year

  1. 22nd Jan WG Challenge

    Weight Today: 6st 6lbs / 90lbs
    Difference: No change - im starting to think its genetically impossible.

    Breakfast: Bday cake & Coffee
    Lunch: Cereal & more cake
    Dinner: Homemade fish pie
    Drinks: Coffee x 1 (with 2 sugars)
    Apple juice x 1
    Snacks:
    Mini cheesecakes x 1
    More cake
    1 extra bowls of cereal with milk.

    *sighs*

    Breakfast: Cereal
    Lunch: Cereal (i think)
    Dinner: Noodles and spaghetti sauce & mince
    Snacks: Mini twix x 2
    Cheesecake x 1

    21st Jan
    Weight: 6st 6lbs / 90lbs

    Breakfast: Full english & coffee
    Lunch: Cheese & Ham Pasty
    Dinner: Mexican Chicken fajitas and nachos (went out for a birthday meal)
    Snacks: Mini twix x 1
    Birthday cake
    Coffee
    Apple Juice ...

    Weight Today: 6st 6lbs / 90lbs
    Difference: gained 2lbs, made up the 2 pounds lost the day before.

    Breakfast: Coffee
    Lunch: Pasta & Prawns
    Dinner: Chicken risotto
    Drinks: Coffee x 1 (with 2 sugars)
    Summer fruits x 1
    Snacks:
    Mini cheesecakes x 2
    Mini twix x 3
    2 bowls of cereal with milk.

    I am hoping all this will go on tomorrow.

    Difference: Lost 2lbs *shocked*

    Breakfast: didnt have time as i got called in work early
    Lunch: Fish filet & Apple pie
    Dinner: Chicken, Chips & beans.
    Drinks: Coffee x 1 (with 2 sugars)
    Small fanta
    Snacks: Didn't have any today. I am going out shopping to get more on Monday as i have run out of snacks

    Breakfast: Coffee (got up fairly late)
    Lunch: big bowl of prawns and pasta
    Dinner: Sweet & sour chicken with rice.
    Dessert: Homemade apple crumble
    Drinks: Coffee x 1 (with 2 sugars)
    Cranberry Juice x 2 glass
    Snacks: Mini toffee crisp x 2
    Yogurt x 1
    Mini mars x 1
