  1. Reclaiming my Mind, Body, Spiritual Wellness

    I need to make healthier living a priority and choose to be a healthier me. Here is a list of what I know needs to happen.
    - Choose wisely what I am going to eat. Make choices that are going to nourish me and help recharge my energy levels. Need to eat more real food and avoid processed foods.
    -Do some simple stretching exercises before work and focus on my posture and good body mechanics.

    I have 2 financial goals to motivate me to more frugal living. First, we want to save for some of daughters wedding expenses The wedding is planned for summer of 2017 so I have time to start saving now. Second I want to pay off extra on our home equity loan to become debt free ASAP. Once the loan is paid off I can work less hours and hopefully retire early, which is another motivator! I have many areas that I waste money and have fallen back into bad habits. I want to get excited about living ...

    I have no good excuses for my unnecessary spending this summer. DH and I seem to rationalize our poor spending choices with overtime pay I earn or extra respite hours with homecare clients we pick up. I have nothing tangible to show for the unnecessary spending and we could have put that extra money towards the emergency fund and debt repayment.
