    Not the best day. I'm kind of all over the place, diet-wise. I did get all my exercises in, but I can't seem to get my act together otherwise.

    Water - hardly any. Maybe 2 glasses.

    Diet - 2 cups of coffee, 3 or 4 dehydrated squash chips, a large bowl of unbuttered popcorn, and approx 2 chocolate soy milk/banana smoothies.

    In part, I blame the muscle relaxant. It also appears to be relaxing my brain, because I've been forgetting things and I'm not tracking ...

    Fell behind by a few days.

    On 8/3/2009, I ate:

    2 cups of coffee w/ cream and sugar
    about 4 bites of an apple (shared with parrots and bunny)
    2 slices of meatloaf w/ 1/4 c. unseasoned pasta
    1 small bunch of grapes
    approx 1.5 c of dehydrated squash (salted)

    Only had about four cups of water. Did all my exercises.

    On 8/4/2009, I ate:

    2 cups of coffee w/cream and sugar
    1 tuna melt w/ fries

    Eaten today:

    2 cups of coffee (with sugar and cream)
    1 cup of cherry tomatoes
    1 cup of dehydrated squash chips
    1 cup of soymilk
    1 fajita (flour tortilla with approx 2 strips of chicken, 2 shrimp, about 2 T. each of rice and beans, dollop of sour cream)
    1 strawberry margarita
    approx 6 tortilla chips with salsa
    1 lemon cucumber

    Working on my bottle of water, so that will be 6 glasses again today. Can't seem to get my water intake ...

    Trying to get back into the habit of doing this. I keep starting it, then forgetting about it, or forgetting to pay attention to my meals.

    So, for today, in order of being eaten:

    2 cups of coffee (with cream and sugar)
    1 slice of sourdough bread with apple butter
    1 banana
    1 small cantaloupe (about the size of a softball with rind)
    Approx 1/2 c. of leftover orange chicken
    2 slices of meatloaf
    1/4 c. of macaroni pasta, unseasoned, but ...

    Forgot to post yesterday, and it was such a crazy day, I don't really remember what all I did. I did NOT exercise - bad, bad, bad.

    Today, however, I finally got out for another 4-mile walk. Also did my push-ups and sit-ups!

    Water. Have finished 6 glasses thus far and am working on getting the last 2 glasses before bedtime.

    Diet. Two cups of coffee. Half of a pb cookie (shared with the birds). One small Gatorade. Two small deli-style sandwiches ...
