Freezer Challenge -- week 4

Week 4 out of 5 is coming to an end, and I have used up almost everything:
side of salmon (serves 8)
smoked salmon (~ 1 lb) gone
whole cut up chicken (for fried chicken) gone
last year's tomatoes (~ 1 lb) gone
dinner rolls (from Christmas) gone
pizza dough gone
sausage link gone
sausage and egg breakfast pucks gone
chopped bbq beef (for beans) gone
chicken pot pie filling gone
cold cuts (roast beef and cheddar)
lamb pucks (gyro filling) gone
lobster ravioli gone
grilled chicken breast gone
taco filling gone
We are probably not going to get to the side of salmon. I invited some friends over but they can't commit to a specific time for dinner and I'm not going to cook it and wait around wondering when (or if) they will show up.
We ate about half the cold cuts and most of the popsicles, and I will try and finish those in the coming week.
It's nice to have some freezer space back, and to be able to see what other foods I have in there.
