Well the weekend has arrived. My husband bought me a dozen red roses and took me to dinner at Acapulco. He is well trained. He bought the roses at the supermarket and we used a coupon at Acapulco for getting the second entree for $2.99. DH knows I hate going out on Valentines because I dislike crowds and waiting so long to be seated. I am just drinking tea and maybe will have some wine before bed and checking out my fellow frugalites. It has been hectic week at the main job. The hospital had a transformer blow and had to have emergency back up as only half of the emergency back up worked. I guess it was a good test as now it is being fixed by the electric company. I got another good boy from the VP. I also took a basic excel class which was great. I have been taught partial applications but never the whole. I will sign up for the advanced class next and maybe word or power point. My daughter in TX may have found her house. I think they will put an offer in and maybe when we visit in March we can help them move. I am going to get her some herbs going to plant them for her when I visit. I also received two invites for free tourneys one to a slot tournament 3 days stay and $100. gambling money. And then one for a Blackjack tournament in Vegas. I think I will go for the slot tournament but not the Blackjack tournament as I usually do not play Blackjack.
