I just happened to go out to the post office and grocery and saw an estate sale. I had to drop off the groceries at home and then head back. I got there at 3:30PM and it closed by 4:00PM. This is one of those sales that marks things half off at the end. So I picked up at least 5 sterling silverware pieces (1server and 1large serving fork,1 childs spoon 1 seafood fork and 1butter or jam knife, I silver plated large serving fork $2.00 and an encased milk glass vase for 1.00 a small German cream pitcher$4.Two

Well I hardly went to work in the evening because it rained all week and the traffic wasn't worth the drive. I am just staying up late and unwinding from work. I was going to start some laundry and organize a little.I received my SS statement and in 20 years I will get a whole 1449 a month at 67, needless to say If I stuck that half that money in a money market at 1% I probably could have made that amount myself. Just another sign of why you do not want the government doing what the private sector

I got a weird call today.Has anyone ever got a call from Publishers Clearing house and they didn't try and sell you anything, Just called to tell you that you made it to the last stage of the contest. I didn't think much of it at the time but the guy told me they had called me 3 times and they had finally gotten a hold of me to let me know to look out for papers for the final drawing. I was getting kind of peeved because he was yammering on and on and I was waiting for the line where they tell you,

WOW. That was a great Superbowl. It was hard because I was routing for both teams.I didn't get a lot planted because the puppy was busy digging up as I was planting. I ended up sneaking a few plants in the ground. I heard the Ground hog predicted 6 more weeks of winter. I bet everyone in the northern areas are ready for that to be over. We are having hot weather but not much rain and this is usually when we get a little.
I did go grocery shopping and added a bunch to the stockpile. I think
