potty training my 21 month old...well almost 22 month old.
He had on underwear from 1pm - 7 pm and Never had any accidents and peed in the potty 4 times. Three of those times he went and sat there himself. One of them I asked him if he needed to pee and he said PEE so I sat him there.
As of right now this is the information that we have. I am not sure what date this will start yet.
Okay In one pay period he will loose 24 hours, so what will happen will be on the weekend that he is suppose to work 12 am to 12 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday he will work on Friday 12 - 12 but have Saturday and Sunday off and he is off Monday and Tuesday off anyway as per his regular schedule. So He will have 4 days off in a row.

Well I can't remember what I posted last, but they are going with work sharing. But this being said, anyone who was not finished their probation period at that work, all got laid off, and anyone who wanted a voluntary lay off got it, and anyone who wanted a year leave of absence got it.
Work sharing will start in a few weeks once it is all sorted out.

I was talking to a friend on the phone around 11:15-11:30 or so I decided that I was getting tired and should let her go and go to bed. So I tell her this, and I walk over to hang my cordless phone on the charger. I then proceed to walk towards my stairs to go upstairs to bed. Well Stevens supervisor said not to worry too much about it. Of course I was still nervous about it, and had every right to be. They said that NO ONE is able to work any overtime at all there right now.
Then this week on Wednesday they had a Union meeting. What they are going to have to vote on is a work sharing program or layoffs.
