I received a call from the BOA rep this morning at work, and she told me she had checked the account and the $105 still was not put in the account, so she had her supervisor review and they both realized it was not MY error it was all related to the fraudulent charges, so they deposited the $105 back in the account. I was so happy, just for one to have someone up to BAT for me, and secondly, to have this over with at least on the bank end of it. Now I can get back on my budget and continue where I left off. Lord knows the past 2 weeks were a mess with the budget just because I didn't know what we had and what we didn't have. So since things are starting to get into order, I'm going to just take it at that and go with the flow (eek..that is not me saying that honest!!!) Check 1

So the oil company came and delivered 170 gallons of oil, so we're set at least for the next 2 months and by then it should start getting warmer and hopefully we can end up getting either a HVAC system installed, or find an alternate form of heat, i.e. fireplace, etc. So that’s where we are on that one. Check 2

I just got off the phone with one of our insured, who we settled this 2 day jury trial with, albeit he wasn't happy with the outcome, i.e having to settle, he was very happy with dealing with me and told me and my superiors that I am a pleasure to work with, and he sent over a gift (it was an organizer, so I can keep everything budget oriented together and stay on track). So that made me feel pretty good.

I'm still kinda unsettled until at least pay day, that way I know for sure how much money is in the account and I can proceed, Stage left. We are going to the Delaware Park with my parents, (who win all the time I will add), and we have it budgeted that we will each just spend 30 dollars (I play the penny machines) and then when we are done, we're done. The first time I went and played the pennymachines I came home with $250.00 and I had only went down there with $20.00 so wish me luck. But I'm just looking forward to getting out and having a good time.

Not sure what I’m going to have for dinner tonight, it might just be my homemade eggs benedict that I put over hashbrowns, it is my lil mixture and I add holandaise sauce and it just turns out soo good, so its what I have in the fridge, and I want to use it up. I might put a roast in the crockpot for tomorrow so that can cook all day and get the house smelling yummy. We'll see, but so far, my breathing and breathing is paying up and maybe this is just a first step but I like it!

Woo hooo, you are rockin it girl! As for your heating/cooling we have an HVAC and a fireplace. If we ever live somewhere that is our own we, will put in a free standing stove. They give out lots more heat!

You are doin so good! I'm proud for you! Yeah for SOMEONE at the bank to have brains. I hope you call their supervisor and thank them!
