the doctor says i have to get 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week...

the bodybuilding was a good start and i lost 70 pounds doing it, but doc says it is time to do cardio.
and since the house is finished, decluttered and in good repair (27,000 dollars later...), i will turn my attention to gardening. i used to love gardening.
my neighbor was mowing my yard, but he says he cannot do it anymore, so i bought a push mower yesterday. honestly i am in pretty bad shape so i might have to build up to this.
i did 30 minutes of hacking back bushes today. whew. sweaty. i could feel my heart working.
