Ooh, it has been a few days since I've held myself accountable!
Okay, breakfast today was organic oatmeal with rice milk. I diced up a couple of the apple slices I dried a few months ago and added them to the oatmeal to get my fruit/veggie quota for the day.
Nibbled on snow peas and carrots as I was making the bunny some breakfast.
Lunch was 1/2 of a chicken enchilada with rice and beans and a diet cola.
Dinner was a soy milk and banana shake.
I did my weights and took my vitamin AND drank my eight glasses of water.
Finally, I did ONE FULL HOUR on the treadmill!!
So, overall, I think I did pretty well today!! Maybe even made a dent in my dismal performance from last week!
I am giving myself an A- today. I did really well in the food department, and I kicked butt on the treadmill, and I did all the things I told myself I should do every day.
