Hoo Yah!! Another hour on the treadmill this morning! I am going to kick my fat butt in the fat butt this week!

Breakfast was oatmeal with rice milk and Splenda (and just a dash of pumpkin pie spice). One cup of coffee.

Lunch was a dish of risotto gnocchi and spinach in tomato sauce. I did also have a cup of coffee after lunch, but since I usually have two at breakfast, I think I broke even there. And I walked about four blocks to the restaurant (and four back).

Dinner was my only real indulgence. I just couldn't ignore that little pizza I made for myself a few nights ago. It was calling my name, so I answered. It was a small, personal-sized pizza, but it was still a pizza, with lots of cheese and pizza sauce, so I am sure it is turning into fat as I type. But it WAS good!

Drank my eight glasses of water, took my vitamin, and did both sit-ups and push-ups today.

I am STILL fighting this stupid cold. It has built a little bunker in my lungs and is dug in for the long haul. So I guess I have to add however many calories are in a handful of cough drops. But regardless of being short of breath and coughing like a chain smoker this morning, I still took the time to dress professionally (no jeans) and to put my hair up into a twist and to throw on just a smidge of make-up before heading into work.

Overall, I am going for a B+ today. Lost major points for the pizza, but I did everything else right today.
