Wow, work really plays havoc with my weight loss attempts! I do much worse on work days than on non-work days or on days when I can stay at home!
The good news is that I got my hour on the treadmill this morning. That is about the only positive part of the day!
I totally forgot about my water intake until I got home, and then I didn't have enough bottled water for both me and the birds, so the birds won the coin toss, and I didn't want to drink tap/well water. I know it is probably safe, as my chickens, dogs, goats, and donkeys drink it, but I always imagine little protozoans swimming around in there. So NO water.
Breakfast was about 1/2 slice of the apple danish bread (parrots got the rest), 2 snow peas, and an apple. Two cups of coffee. Lunch was a soymilk/banana smoothie. Dinner was a piece of artisan bread with a pizza sauce dip (had some left over from making the pizza).
No weights and no calisthenics today. I'll take my multi-vitamin before going to bed, but here it is only 7:30 pm, and I can't keep my eyes open, so I'll be hitting the sack early. At least I'll get credit for getting enough sleep!
Another C day, in my book. I am very happy I got my hour in, as I might not be able to work out on the treadmill tomorrow (have to be in the office early). But I knew yesterday I was low on water, and was too tired to stop at the store on the way home, so I paid for that lack of planning today. And I'm just too tired to do any more exercise tonight.
Off for an early night, hoping to make tomorrow a bit more productive!
