I did a little better today, although my eating was a bit lop-sided toward the end of the day.

I started with 2 cups of coffee and an apple. Lunch was a cup of creamy tomato soup. Then I blew it at dinner with spaghetti AND a mini-loaf of HM bread. I was going to just have half of a loaf, which was still about 2 sensible servings, but it was so good, I just kept going. Washed down the antibiotics with a glass of soymilk.

I drank my eight glasses of water and will take my multi-vitamin when I go to bed (in about half an hour).

I managed thirty minutes on the treadmill before the vertigo got to be too much for me. I'm on meds for that, as well, but the doctor says that the vertigo is actually being caused by a virus that is causing an infection in my inner ear, so I'm just going to have to ride that one out.

So I'm slowly coming back and getting into fighting shape again. For still feeling sick, and being worse the wear for being on three different meds right now, I think I did a fair job of taking care of myself. Not a great job, but a fair one. I'm giving myself a C+ today. I could have worked in some sit-ups and push-ups and possibly some light free weights if I weren't feeling sorry for myself and also being affected by the really crappy weather we're having (grey, windy, rainy, nasty). I figure if I get a C+ today, it will be that much easier to get a B or better tomorrow!!
