Better and better...a little progress each day.
Today's food consumption: one banana and 2 cups of coffee for breakfast, a big bowl of oatmeal with rice milk for lunch, snacked on 1/2 mini-loaf of artisan bread and a mini-carrot while I was chopping up produce for the bunnies, and had a big salad for dinner. Oh, and one cough drop!!
Finished off my 8 glasses of water, did my sit-ups and push-ups, and I managed an hour on the treadmill!! Yes, the hen is back up and running (or waddling, as the case may be)!! I watched "Marty" on AMC - no commercials, so no time to look at the clock and think about how I couldn't go another "x" minutes. I was going to just do 30, then decided on 40, then figured, well, if 40, then I should do 45, and after that it just seemed too wimpy to quit with only 15 minutes left!
Will take my multi-vitamin before bed tonight.
So, given that I'm not 100% yet, I think I did pretty well. I am giving myself a B+. I could have done the free weights, if I had used my "up" time more wisely, and I could have not have had that bread (although it WAS really good), or have had a quarter of the loaf, rather than a half. (But it was REALLY good.) And I have been wearing the same pair of sweat pants for, oh, about a week now? But I didn't have a lot of energy, and I was down and sleeping a lot today, so I think I got most of what I wanted to accomplish done when I had the chutzpah to do it!
