Well, to counterbalance yesterday, I did very well on the exercise today, but not so great in the food department!!
I didn't really do a breakfast/lunch/dinner thing. Instead, I think I ate a piece of carrot and had my coffee while making breakfast for everyone, then I had to run to the craft store to set up my booth. About 1:30p, I realized I was hungry, so I headed for home and had a salad at about 2:30p. Well, that filled me up, and I didn't feel like eating again, so other than nibbling on banana chips, I haven't eaten anything else today.
I did get my 8 glasses of water down, but even that was hard today. Don't know why - just no appetite for anything. Will take my multi-vitamin in a minute.
Anyhoo, I did do my free weights, and I went on a four-mile walk, because we are once again experiencing spring-like weather. I was actually in shorts and a t-shirt!! My back is sore for some reason, so I am foregoing the sit-ups tonight.
Prior to leaving for the craft store, I did take a minute to wash my face, comb my hair, and brush my teeth. Changed into clean blue jeans and a t-shirt, because I was going to be hauling stuff around.
So, overall, I'll go with a B-. My food choices weren't poor - I just didn't manage them properly to avoid throwing my metabolism out of whack. My exercise choices were good - a blend of aerobic and strength training. I didn't allow myself to go out looking like a transient, even though I just planned to do some manual labour.
