Rainy, nasty day today. It is always hard to feel motivated to do the right thing when it is grey and wet outside. That cold, miserable weather just seems to soak into my bones.
I had to drive out to pick up some chicken feed today, so I was out of the house about two hours. The rest of the day was spent knitting, cooking, and playing with animals!
Food-wise, it was a difficult day to track. I think I have it all covered, but today was a nibble here, nibble there, kind of a day: one carrot and half an apple for breakfast, around 6:00 am, as well as two cups of coffee, oatmeal at about 9:00 am, snacked on some roasted soybeans, a kiwi, a banana, and had a big bowl of mushroom-barley soup for dinner.
Exercise, I spent quite a while hauling hay out to the goats and donkeys, unloading 50 pound bags of chicken feed from the truck and carrying it into the tack room, then pouring it out into my storage cans, so no free weights today! I did do 45 minutes on the treadmill, which I really didn't feel like doing! I was proud of myself for doing it, though, because I kept putting it off, then finally told myself I would do just 30 minutes.
Eight glasses of water and a multi-vitamin, and I think I'm done for the day!!
Overall, I'm giving myself a B-.
