Another trip to the doctor, and I'm on antibiotics yet again! So between the doctor's office, the pharmacy, grocery shopping, and stopping at the feed store, I'm surprised I had the time or energy to work out! (I am finding I have 2-3 good hours before I have to rest, and if i push it, I'm down the whole next day, so am trying to pace myself.)

I missed breakfast in the rush to get all the animals fed, so I didn't actually eat until I got home, around 1pm, when I had stir-fry mushrooms and rice for lunch. I made the fatal mistake of shopping while hungry, so I ended up buying salty snacks. I polished off an entire bag of Pirate's Booty cheese puffs today! Eek!! At least the calorie content wasn't as bad as potato chips (whole bag was only 320 calories), but then I had eggplant lasagne for dinner (read lots of cheese and tomato sauce), so my stomach is really complaining right now. I did also have my two cups of coffee this morning, and I ate a kiwi while preparing the lasagne.

I did finish off my eight glasses of water today, and I also took my multi-vitamin (along with a Claritin and antibiotic) tonight. I'm trying to finish off this blog before it all hits my stomach and I get violently sick!

I punished my gustatory indiscretions by forcing myself to go an hour on the treadmill. I did my push-ups, sit-ups, and free weights.

If it weren't for the "cheezy poofs," I'd have earned a B+ today. I would have a few demerits for not eating anything solid until 1:30pm or so, but other than that, I did okay. But I caved and ate the salty snacks, so I am giving myself a C+ instead.

    Antibiotics again! Do you still have pneumonia? Holy cow girl, you must be pushing yourself too hard if you aren't over it yet. Take it easy and get some rest. By the way, I would have eaten the cheezy poofs too if I had them here. 320 calories is pretty good for a wicked snack though.
