An okay day. I had a banana for breakfast, along with my two cups of coffee. (From this point forward, two cups of coffee should be presumed, unless I mention otherwise. )
I didn't do as well on water as I should. I had three glasses today. Kind of forgot about it, after my morning routine, and now I'm getting ready to go to bed, so I don't feel like chugging down another five glasses!
I missed lunch, and when I tried to eat an early dinner at a coffee shop of beef stew in a bread bowl with a salad, I ended up eating about three bites of salad and the top of the bread bowl, but for some reason had no appetite for the rest. I had two cups of decaf coffee with it, with sweetener, but with real cream.
I did do a half an hour on the treadmill, but didn't do sit-ups, push-ups, or free weights. My arms are sore from yesterday, so I decided to not push it.
Ate a handful of peanuts and took my multi-vitamin with a chocolate soymilk/banana smoothie.
I guess it is another C+ day. At least it is a passing grade!!!
