I did pretty well today. My only real low spot was that I caved in and had some popcorn tonight. (And I don't do popcorn without butter.) But even there, I used about 1/2 the butter I would normally use, and I didn't sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the bowl, so it was Popcorn-Lite.
Breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal with rice milk. I didn't really eat lunch, but did eat two granola bars while I was at the office. Drank 6 glasses of water to wash them down, and I drank 2 more glasses of water at home, so I got my 8 in. Dinner was a big salad, and then I got the munchies, and I had a bowl of popcorn while watching "American Greed."
I did 22 minutes on the treadmill this morning, and then another 41 minutes this evening. I did my sit-ups, my push-ups, and my free weights.
I am giving myself a B+ today!
