Today was all over the place, so I didn't get much of ANYTHING done!!
Exercise: 22 minutes on the treadmill.
Meals: oatmeal for breakfast, salad for dinner, and a handful of peanuts in lieu of dinner.
Water: 6 glasses
Took my multi-vitamin with a swig of soymilk.
All in all, not a great day, but I balanced not working out with not eating much, so I am hoping it doesn't mess up my Saturday weigh in TOO much!
Tomorrow, I am taking my sister to lunch for her b-day, so I will be tempted, I am sure to eat something bad for me. She has already told me she wants Chinese food.
I am going to give myself a C+ again today.
