Okay, maybe I should give myself Saturday AND Sunday off, because it always seems to take me a day to get back on track!!
I forgot to pick up bottled water, so I didn't have enough in the house to cover my needs AND the pets' needs, so guess who didn't get water today? So, NO water. I did have a glass of fruit juice, so I could take my multi-vitamin, which probably means I drank 120 calories or so!!
Breakfast was oatmeal with rice milk. Lunch was a baked sweet potato and about a cup of steamed white rice with daikon kimchee. Dinner was a salad. I actually DIDN'T have my two cups of coffee this morning, so maybe I evened out that fruit juice.
NO exercise either. I got a call in the late morning asking me to foster a small flock of cockatiels that had been seized by the county, so that kind of threw me off my stride. I spent the next several hours getting cages set up for them, then driving out to get them, doing a quick exam/grooming, transporting them back, and getting them set up. By the time I thought about getting on the treadmill, it was dark, and since it sits in the same room where the tiels are now housed, I didn't want to freak them out.
I SHOULD get a D for today, but because I stumbled for a good reason (rescuing the tiels), I'm giving myself a break today and calling it a C-.
