I didn't do as well as I hoped today, but compared to yesterday, I did great!
I had four glasses of water. I meant to drink water at work, but got caught up in what I was doing and forgot. So bad on the water.
I had oatmeal for breakfast, a half of a turkey sandwich with fries for lunch, and about a cup of sunflower seeds for dinner. (I bought a bag of roasted/salted the other day, so I've been munching on it.) I also snacked on a small snack bag of carrots this evening. Took my multi-vitamin with a big swig of soy milk.
I walked four miles today, and I did both my push-ups and my sit-ups, so great job on the exercise!
I got about a C+ for eating and an A- for exercise. Overall, I'll go with a B-. I'd give myself a B+, but the water tipped me into the negative. No chance like tomorrow to do better, though, and I intend to do so!!
