I cheated and checked the scale this morning, and I had dropped 1.4 pounds from Saturday's weigh-in!!
Emboldened by my success, I tried to make today count!
I spent most of the day outside, working on the chicks' pen, which meant I was too busy to think about eating and too dirty, when I did think about it, to want to stop and come inside. So it was a light day, meal-wise. It consisted of two Fiber One bars (from a box of five I got for free, and I have to admit that this time, the marketing worked, and I may have to go buy some - chocolate mocha - yum), 2 cups of "loaded" coffee, a small bowl of mushroom/barley soup, and about 1/2 of an apple.
I did get my 8 oz of water in, and I took my multi-vitamin with a swig of soy milk.
I started the day out with my sit-ups and push-ups, not realizing how much I was going to push myself today. I then spent about three hours muscling a 6' x 6' x 4' chain link kennel into place, setting it up with tarp, and "furnishing" it with heat lamps and food/water dishes. I was SO tired and dirty, by the time I was done, I thought I'd just collapse.
Evening rolled around, and I heard that little voice saying, "Oh, YOU don't have to walk on that treadmill tonight! You worked out ALL day! You DESERVE a break!" So I got on the friggin' treadmill and walked 33 minutes!! Take that, little stupid voice!!
I have also gotten enough sleep the past two days, although I am blowing it tonight by staying up later than I should. I normally get up at about 5:30 am, and I have found that I need about 9.5 hours of sleep to be at my best.
All in all, I think I get another A+ today!!
