Woo hoo!! Just knocking them out of the ballpark lately! Another good day!
I drank my eight glasses of water and took my multi-vitamin.
I did my push-ups this morning, then got in a 4-mile walk before work. Breakfast was oatmeal with rice milk (going to have to find an alternative, as I'm getting tired of oatmeal, but I guess I'll finish off what I've got first). That held me until late afternoon, when I ate a big salad. I did have several bites of fried rice while I was making a pan of it, to taste, but that was probably no more than 1/8 cup at best.
Normally, having done a 4-miler, I'd skip the treadmill, but I have decided to punish myself for my lackluster ways by walking at least 30 minutes daily on the treadmill until I dip below 145. So I did 31 minutes on it while reading a large print Stephen King novel. (I have found that large print is a LOT easier to read when you are trying to walk uphill and hold onto handles to keep from falling off the ramp.)
My legs are SORE!! My arms and back are SORE from yesterday's efforts. But it is a good sore, the kind that says that long under-used muscles are finally creaking out of their slumber and are growing stronger and more pliant.
I'll give myself an A- today, deducting just a bit for being too lazy to do my sit-ups today.
