Very, VERY tired tonight, so I'll make this quick.
Breakfast: a fiber bar; lunch: pasta with scallops; dinner: green salad. I had two cups of coffee this morning, then two cups with sweetener while stuck in the meeting from hell (ran from about 9:30a - 6:00p).
I did very well in the food department, leaving about half the food on my plate at lunch (even though it was handmade pasta and was delicious) and only eating a very small amount of salad. I ignored the doughnuts at the meeting.
Walked 31 minutes on the treadmill, but am SO tired, I think I'm going to skip the push-ups and sit-ups. I normally do them in the morning, but I was rushing today and forgot them.
Drank my eight glasses of water, but am feeling a little dizzy (not sure why), so don't feel like going back downstairs to grab the multi-vitamins. I'll just have to get by without them one night.
Giving myself a B+. Lost a grade due to laziness. But I am SO DARNED TIRED!!! Off to bed, so tomorrow I'll get kudos for getting enough sleep!
