Not a bad day, although I didn't do as well on the water as I should, and I forgot to take my multi-vitamin. I had only four glasses, because I was running around out of the office all day, and didn't have a bottle with me.
I did get my push-ups and sit-ups in, and I did 30 minutes on the treadmill.
I missed breakfast, except for my coffee, so I ended up eating a larger serving of fried rice for lunch. Probably around 2 cups total. I spaced it out over about 90 minutes, but it was still too much. When I got home, I wasn't terribly hungry, and it was getting late, so I had a bowl of fresh strawberries for dinner.
My weigh-in last Saturday was 149.2. I know I lost weight this week, but I don't know how much. Tomorrow will be interesting, because I have walked a minimum of 30 minutes on the treadmill EVERY day since last weigh-in, and I've been pretty good about my eating.
Bad me for missing breakfast, not getting enough water, and not taking my vitamin. Good me for exercising and not eating too much. Grade for the day...B+ is fair, I think.
