I must be de-toxing from yesterday's salt binge, because I wasn't really even hungry today. I had my coffee in the morning, then I went to lunch with a friend of mine this afternoon. We split a "southwest chicken taco" lunch (which for future reference looks suspiciously like a large chicken taquito) with rice and beans. I ate some chips and salsa while waiting for lunch, then about half of my half of the lunch. Didn't care for the taste of the "taco," so I mostly just ate the rice and beans. Drank water instead of my usual diet soda. Ate a handful of carrot "chips" with hummus for dinner.
Drank all my water today. Did my push-ups. Didn't get around to my sit-ups, but I did walk four miles, so I feel pretty good about my exercise. Took my multi-vitamin with a swig of soy milk.
Overall, I'm giving myself another B+. I missed breakfast AGAIN, but I didn't boomerang into an eating fit because of it. I did most, but not all, of my exercise regime.
