Went to bed early, and I forgot to log in yesterday, so here it is, to the best of my memory!!
Breakfast was a fiber bar. Lunch was some carrot chips with hummus and a piece of baguette with dipping oil. Dinner was approximately one cup of cherries. Two cups of coffee in the morning, as well.
Drank my eight glasses of water and took my multi-vitamin.
Exercise-wise, I was a flop. I did do my sit-ups, but didn't do push-ups or the treadmill. I was still a bit sore from cleaning the house ALL day on Sunday, up and down two flights of stairs about umpteen billion times, hauling laundry, moving stuff into storage, so I decided to give myself a break.
Overall, I think I got a C+. I flaked on the exercise, and my eating choices weren't as healthy as they could be (ate too much bread), but I didn't go for the super-sized double-bacon-cheeseburger, so I am giving myself a little credit.
