Stumbling back out of the gate after a week of excess and insanity.

Not the best day, but at least I have room for improvement!!

I started the day out with 2 cups of coffee and a Fiber One bar. Had another cup of coffee with sweetener while talking to a witness over a late morning interview. Lunch was fresh strawberries. Dinner was a stop at The Outback with my work partner, and we ordered the blooming onion, because we were weak and tired, and our defenses were down! I ate about 1/8 of it. I had the tilapia with crab for dinner, along with steamed veggies and a diet soda. Ate a handful of dried strawberries when I got home.

I had six glasses of water today.

Did my sit-ups, but didn't do my push-ups. Meant to get a long hike in, but only got one mile, as I ran out of time before I had to get to work.

So tomorrow is a chance to do better, and I'm giving myself a C+ today.

    How was the tilapia with crab?

    If one mile is not a long hike, what is?

    Excess and insanity sound like good things to recover from!!

    The tilapia was delicious!! I was disappointed that I ate any of the onion beforehand, because I couldn't finish the fish.

    I typically hike 4 miles, when I hike, so 1 mile seemed a little anemic to me.
