Bad day, diet-wise.

Food. Four cups of coffee, two power bars, one stale oatmeal cookie, one small soy milk smoothie and one sucker.

Water. None.

Exercise. None.

Worked twelve hours, when I was really expecting to be able to get home early today and get a walk in. By the time I got home and got all the animals fed, I was too tired to do much more than plop in front of the computer. I guess that is good lesson against procrastination.

Overall, C-. I didn't eat a high number of calories, but I did everything else wrong.

    I am so sorry you had a rough day! No wonder you are tired. Have a good nights rest and the road (for running) and the well (for water) will be there tomorrow.

    You always make the best of your days. Some days, we sort of have to go with the flow.
