A teeny step better today. I still didn't get any exercise, but I did better in the water arena.
Diet. Nibbled all day, so let's see if I can remember. Going chronologically, I started with two cups of coffee, one small soymilk smoothie (about 1.5 cups total), crackers and cheese, a bowl of veggie soup, another smoothie, some more crackers and cheese. I think that is it. Oh, and a handful of blackberries that I picked while out messing around in my garden.
Water. Four cups.
This week is not promising to be a good one, but I'm trying to slowly work my way back.
