Actually posting this on the following day, so I'm going from my really bad memory. Bear with me....
Food. Two cups of coffee, a small tub (approx 1.5 servings) of macaroni salad, approx 1 c. of cherries, approx 10 crackers with cheese, three small apricots.
Water. Eight glasses!! Woo hoo!!
Exercise. Nothing today, because I was running around like a nut, and didn't have the time beforehand or the energy afterward.
Giving myself a B-. My eating, while not out of control, was completely random and not rationed out well throughout the day (most of it was after about 2p). I'm not giving myself a HUGE strike for the exercise, because I DID exercise the day before, and I think every other day is not unreasonable.
