Water. Bad, bad, bad. About 2 cups. I have gotten out of the habit of drinking water first thing in the morning.

Exercise. Rough day at work. I put in a 12 hour day. I did manage a two mile walk, though.

Diet. In order of eating, two cups of coffee, a handful of crackers with cheese, an apricot, a diet Pepsi, a cup of soup, a small salad, two small energy bars (90 cals each) and a slice of carrot cake upon my return home.

Overall, C-. Tomorrow, I'll be better about the water, and I've committed myself to no more carrot cake until I get below 145 again. Planning on trying a morning run.

    It's amazing how hard it is to start a good habit, and how easy it is to stop it without any effort <sigh> You're dilligent though, and I don't doubt you'll be back on track in no time!

    With your long days at work, I can imagine how difficult it is to stay on track. At least you got your walk in! Your diet barely consisted of anything again! I am sure in a couple of days you will be back below 145, devouring your birthday cake.

    I hope so. The carrot cake is singing to me from the freezer. I'm not weighing in again until Sat. Making sushi with my mother today, so that could work against me!
