Water. Bad, bad, bad. About 2 cups. I have gotten out of the habit of drinking water first thing in the morning.
Exercise. Rough day at work. I put in a 12 hour day. I did manage a two mile walk, though.
Diet. In order of eating, two cups of coffee, a handful of crackers with cheese, an apricot, a diet Pepsi, a cup of soup, a small salad, two small energy bars (90 cals each) and a slice of carrot cake upon my return home.
Overall, C-. Tomorrow, I'll be better about the water, and I've committed myself to no more carrot cake until I get below 145 again. Planning on trying a morning run.
