Water. Again, didn't keep a good record. At least six glasses.

Diet. Two cups of coffee; a pluot; a portabella mushroom sandwich with a handful of fries and two small slices of baguette (while waiting for lunch); two cookies (yes, I know); a bowl of baked veggies with a sprinkle of cheese on top. A couple of swigs of soy milk.

Exercise. Sit-ups. Didn't get any aerobics in. So lazy today.

I'm going with a C-. Didn't do horrible in any of the categories, but didn't excel, either.

This might sound dumb but what is a pluot? People that live in cities are exposed to so much more than we are here up in Minnesota and half of the veggies and food everyone one talks about, I don't even know what it is!

Last year was the first time I tried hummus. I didn't know what it was or even heard of it before.

A pluot is a hybrid cross between a plum and an apricot. You can also get apriums. Pluots are much more plum-like, but sweeter than your standard plums. Apriums are much more apricot-like.

If you like plums, you would love pluots. I have a pluot tree, but it didn't produce this year.
