Wow, life can certainly be a roller-coaster sometimes, and if I have never mentioned it before, I HATE roller-coasters!
The week started with dead and dying chickens, evidence that my neighbor's dog was still getting onto my property. Then we swept even further down on Tuesday, when I TRAPPED his dog, and he barged onto my property to retrieve it. I have never made a citizen's arrest before, but I basically made two that day: one for trespassing and one for having a dangerous dog at

A lot of running around today, and sometimes under high-stress situations, I forget to eat, so my diet hasn't been ideal lately. Today, I had:
2 cups of coffee with sugar/cream;1 diet Pepsi (bottle);approx 1/2 cup of cooked chickenIt is weird. I could have sworn I ate more than that, and I even remember thinking, around 3p, that I felt full (right after the chicken), but when I stop and think about my day, that was it. I got hungry at about 7:30p and rummaged around the kitchen,

08/11/2009 - Ate a few bites of cold roast chicken - maybe a cup? Very bad, high stress day. Didn't drink much water, but did get all my PT in.
08/12/2009 - Ate a yogurt this morning and picked the filling out of a small Subway sandwich this evening. Drank a diet Coke. I did get all my water in. Didn't do my PT, at the instruction of my therapist, but did spend an hour sweeping out/hosing down the tack
Yet another less than wonderful day, diet-wise.
2 cups of coffee with cream and sugar;approx 4 cups of soymilk smoothie with bananaI had the coffee in the morning, then had to deal with dog issues until about 2pm. Made a blender full of smoothies and just worked on that the rest of the day.
Water - not enough to be worth noting. Probably 2-3 glasses.
Exercise - I DID get all my PT in, so I guess I did something right today!!
