I am sitting here at 10:30p, listening to Supertramp, and I have to admit that it is making me melancholy. "Casual Conversations" in particular brings back some memories best left buried, so of course, I'm playing it over and over. Sometimes, it just feels good to feel bad.
So my apologies in advance if this entry isn't as upbeat as previous ones. I am just in a blue funk, and you get what you get.

I'm actually posting this on 4/25, because I realized I forgot to do it yesterday!!
Another less than stellar day, exercise-wise. I did my push-ups, but that was it.
I had eggs benedict for breakfast, with a side of breakfast potatoes. I gave the ham to someone else, so basically had 1 1/2 eggs on an English muffin with hollandaise sauce. That kept me full until dinner, which was a big green salad.

Okay, it is late and I'm tired, so this will be short and sweet.
Eaten today: 2 cups of coffee, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 tall caramel macchiato (Starbucks), 1 sandwich bag of sweet potato chips, one bowl of brussels sprouts. Drank 8 glasses of water and took my vitamins. Drank 4-5 swigs of soy milk throughout the day.
I did my push-ups this morning, then walked two miles, and I did my sit-ups tonight.
I'm going with a B- today, only because I caved
