Not a good day to resume my blog, as I was bad, bad, bad.
Eaten today: 2 cups of coffee, a handful of dehydrated sweet potatoes, about 7 pieces of sushi, lots of chocolate soy milk, and about 3/4 of an apple!
I had about 5 cups of water. I haven't been being good about water because I don't like room temp water, but I have roasted garlic in the fridge, and when I put water in there, it takes on the taste of the garlic. So I am going to have to resume room temp
Most of the week was spent, when I wasn't at work, preparing for an "open house" at the craft mall in which I have a booth. (Pics are in the "Get Your Business Up and Running" thread.) The rest of the week was the usual running about at work and at home.
I did find a home for the last of the six cockatiels that I was fostering for the county!! I was happy to find a home for the remaining two hens in a large aviary with five other tiels. I transported them

Got all my exercising (push-ups, sit-ups, and 30 mins on the treadmill) done, so, of course, this was the day I ended up helping move furniture in the office!! Someone is going to be SORE tomorrow! It did make me feel good that I was doing things that the other women in the office were not capable of doing. I guess all those push-ups are helping!
