Not a good exercise day - didn't do anything because I thought I was going to be helping move a bunch of furniture today, but when I got to the office, they weren't ready. So zippo on the exercise.
Breakfast was a fiber bar, with 2 cups of coffee. Lunch was another fiber bar. Dinner was some rice and chicken with steamed veggies. I snacked on fresh strawberries afterward.
Drank all my water.
Going with a C+ again. Good eating, bad exercising.

Whew, what a week!! Seems like I was running non-stop on a treadmill that just kept going faster! Today was the first day I had a chance to stop and take a breath, and when I look back on the week, it is a huge blur of activity, not much of it fun!

Went to bed early, and I forgot to log in yesterday, so here it is, to the best of my memory!!
