    Wow, the year is already 25% over!! Slow down, already! I'm not ready for summer yet!!

    For some reason, this week felt like the week that spring truly arrived. Every fruit tree I have is green, and all the ones that are supposed to bloom are doing so like gangbusters!!     I must be de-toxing from yesterday's salt binge, because I wasn't really even hungry today. I had my coffee in the morning, then I went to lunch with a friend of mine this afternoon. We split a "southwest chicken taco" lunch (which for future reference looks suspiciously like a large chicken taquito) with rice and beans. I ate some chips and salsa while waiting for lunch, then about half of my half of the lunch. Didn't care for the taste of the "taco," so I mostly just ate ...

    Not a bad day, although I didn't do as well on the water as I should, and I forgot to take my multi-vitamin. I had only four glasses, because I was running around out of the office all day, and didn't have a bottle with me.

    I did get my push-ups and sit-ups in, and I did 30 minutes on the treadmill.

    I missed breakfast, except for my coffee, so I ended up eating a larger serving of fried rice for lunch. Probably around 2 cups total. I spaced it out over about 90 minutes, ...

    Very, VERY tired tonight, so I'll make this quick.

    Breakfast: a fiber bar; lunch: pasta with scallops; dinner: green salad. I had two cups of coffee this morning, then two cups with sweetener while stuck in the meeting from hell (ran from about 9:30a - 6:00p).

    I did very well in the food department, leaving about half the food on my plate at lunch (even though it was handmade pasta and was delicious) and only eating a very small amount of salad. I ignored the doughnuts ...
