    Pretty good day today. I had a Fiber One bar for breakfast, along with my coffee, just to give myself a break from oatmeal. I ended up going to lunch with a couple of co-workers, and we went to a restaurant I LOVE. Normally, I order the risotto gnocchi, but this time I ordered the grilled vegetable platter. O.M.G. SO GOOD. I had two thin slices of baguette (no butter) while we waited for lunch to show up, and two glasses of iced tea with sweetener with lunch. Hard to estimate what I ate, ...

    I did pretty well today, although I could have done better.

    I had about 4 bites of oatmeal before running out the door this morning. Because I was hungry, I couldn't resist when I had a chance to have sushi for lunch, and I ate too much of it. I can still feel it sitting in my stomach, and in a way, I am glad I ate too much, because this feeling reminds me of why I need to regulate my meals. I don't like feeling like this!!

    Woo hoo!! Just knocking them out of the ballpark lately! Another good day!

    I drank my eight glasses of water and took my multi-vitamin.

    I did my push-ups this morning, then got in a 4-mile walk before work. Breakfast was oatmeal with rice milk (going to have to find an alternative, as I'm getting tired of oatmeal, but I guess I'll finish off what I've got first).
