Okay, maybe I should give myself Saturday AND Sunday off, because it always seems to take me a day to get back on track!!
I forgot to pick up bottled water, so I didn't have enough in the house to cover my needs AND the pets' needs, so guess who didn't get water today? So, NO water. I did have a glass of fruit juice, so I could take my multi-vitamin, which probably means I drank 120 calories or so!!
Breakfast was oatmeal with rice milk. Lunch was a baked sweet
Just a quick one tonight, because it is late and I am TIRED!! I spent the whole afternoon entertaining my sister, and I am wiped out, physically and emotionally.
Eaten today: breakfast (bowl of oatmeal); lunch (4 potstickers, one fried wonton, 4-5 "nuggets" of sesame chicken, approx 3/4 cup of fried rice; iced tea with sweetener; coffee with sweetener, but cream); "dinner" (about 1/4 of a personal-sized deep dish pie a la mode and a cup of coffee with sweetener
Today was all over the place, so I didn't get much of ANYTHING done!!
Exercise: 22 minutes on the treadmill.
Meals: oatmeal for breakfast, salad for dinner, and a handful of peanuts in lieu of dinner.
Water: 6 glasses
Took my multi-vitamin with a swig of soymilk.
All in all, not a great day, but I balanced not working out with not eating much, so I am hoping it doesn't mess up my Saturday weigh in TOO much!
I did pretty well today. My only real low spot was that I caved in and had some popcorn tonight. (And I don't do popcorn without butter.) But even there, I used about 1/2 the butter I would normally use, and I didn't sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the bowl, so it was Popcorn-Lite.

An okay day. I had a banana for breakfast, along with my two cups of coffee. (From this point forward, two cups of coffee should be presumed, unless I mention otherwise. )
I didn't do as well on water as I should. I had three glasses today. Kind of forgot about it, after my morning routine, and now I'm getting ready to go to bed, so I don't feel like chugging down another five glasses!
I missed lunch, and when I tried to eat an early dinner at a coffee
