I did pretty well today. I walked 30 minutes on the treadmill, did my sit-ups, my push-ups, and my free weights. I also drank closer to 10 glasses of water today, as I drank 4 before leaving for work, sipped on water all day AT work, then drank another 2-3 glasses when I got home.
I had oatmeal and a carrot for breakfast. Two cups of coffee. Lunch was 3/4 of an apple, a granola bar, a banana, and a baked sweet potato. Dinner was sushi. It was supposed to be salad, but
This has been a week for knitting!! I attended two different knitting classes, and learned how to knit "mosaic" and refreshed my self-taught knowledge on how to knit cables. This resulted in a flurry of creativity, and now I'm imagining all sorts of places I can take these new talents!
It started out as a wet and stormy week. March lived up to its promise and came in like a lion and a half. Storm, storm, storm, rain running across the driveway like a river, animals

Back on antibiotics today, which means back on the couch while my body tries its best to reject the drugs. Pretty much slept ALL day, with small bouts of clarity during which knitting was about as aerobic as I could get.
I did have my eight glasses of water today. I had oatmeal for breakfast, snacked on two kiwi fruit, then had a salad, followed by a jar of canned pears a few minutes ago. I will take my multi-vitamin along with my mini-pharmacy of drugs before I got to sleep.
